Fundamentals of Algebra 2 & Trigonometry

Champion’s approach is holistic in nature as we believe it’s important to not only have a firm understanding of curricular concepts but also understand how to best learn within the content of the subject itself. In other words, we believe it’s critical to have a metacognitive understanding of how learning takes place in subjects so that students can feel in control of their learning journey.

Champion’s tuition team creates a safe, supportive, and conducive environment for learning so students are able to develop beyond the framework of their subjects. Our tutors also have experience working with neurodiverse learners and create personalized learning programs to support their needs.

Fundamentals of Algebra 2 & Trigonometry is designed to nurture a learner’s confidence by equipping them with the necessary skills required to establish a strong foundation to understand the scope and sequence of the course. This foundation will be built by improving and strengthening fluency in basic algebraic concepts to ensure that the learner has a firm footing in the required fundamentals and skills in order to attain mastery in Algebra 2 & Trigonometry. This course aims to give students increased confidence and more control of their math learning journey. The learner will be introduced to the language of logic and new algebraic concepts that will lay the cornerstone for their Algebra 2 & Trigonometry journey.
